100 Series
Made of patented Fibrex® composite material, which is two times stronger and more durable than vinyl, Andersen® 100 series windows have many advantages that put them a step above traditional vinyl.
With a focus on increased strength and performance, Andersen® windows are created to maintain their rigidity and stability. Their coating is 12 times thicker than painted vinyl windows, providing superior scratch resistance and the ability to withstand up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
Furthermore, 100 series windows are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, making them a better option. The Fibrex® composite material inhibits thermal transmission roughly 700 times better than aluminum to help lower heating and cooling costs and 40 percent of the material used to make them is recycled wood fiber.
